Hose rental - a brief outline of our ordering process:

You place an order or request a quote

Placing an order couldn’t be easier via our online store, or you can request a quote. If you require a large volume or for a longer period of time, then we suggest you request a quote.

If you have requested a quote, you will receive a quotation from one of our Flowmasters.

Our specialists will offer you the highest quality hose assemblies at very competitive rental prices.

If you placed an order via the online store, your order will always be checked by one of our Flowmasters

All orders are checked before being processed. If necessary, we will get back to you for more information. This means that you are guaranteed the most efficient solution.

Your order is approved and you will receive an order confirmation

After your order has been checked and approved by one of our hose experts, your order will be approved and you will receive confirmation of your order. This confirmation will also advise you of the earliest delivery date.

Your hose assemblies are assembled, tested and certified

The hose assemblies you have ordered from Flowmasters are always tested and certified. As a result, you can always be sure that you will receive a safe and high-quality hose assembly. You can easily check your certificates by scanning the QR code, which gives you access to your certificates in the Cloud.

One more check and your hoses are ready for transport

Your hoses are checked one last time before being packed and despatched. We aim to deliver promptly following confirmation of your order.

The hoses must be cleaned professionally after use – they will then be tested and certified again.

You can choose to clean the hoses yourself, however, you will need to provide a certificate to prove that the hose has been professionally cleaned. You also have the option to have the hoses professionally cleaned by us and we will charge you for this service. Cleaning the hoses is mandatory.
